2 starsI got service for a Rakuten offer but ******* has not honored my purchase and phone subscription. I feel tricked and would have used a different provider if it wasn't for the Rakuten cash back offer. False advertisement to get people to use Consumer Cellular and I am highly unsatisfied to start and feel dupped.Consumer Cellular

5 starsI think they sent the email to switch over too soon, so I had a bit of a problem getting my phone to work. But a very nice person in chat helped me. It took about 45 minutes of jumping through hoops, but we got it. She was very patient and extremely helpful. Everything is working very well so far.Consumer Cellular

1 starWell, I won't be staying with them and I have good reason. Before I left my previous provider and spent the money to buy the GrandPad I was told that my husband's phone number WOULD be ported to the GrandPad. I made sure before I spent the money that I didn't have to waste. You see he survived 5 strokes, and being Hemiplegic. Then fell and is now Quadriplegic. I was trying to get him a phone that would work with voice commands and someone would be available if I wasn't home. Several times I was assured we would be able to keep his number. The phone was working with his number then all of the sudden stopped. And a supervisor just assigned another phone number and told us that they can't restore his number because the Grand Pad is a tablet. And I was lied too by the person who sold me the plan in the beginning. I can nor send it back and I don't want to change companies if he can't use his Grand Pad. Think twice and make sure you know what you're getting into.Consumer Cellular
