4 starsTransfer to new service was nearly flawless. Being sent home with a disconnected phone and instructions to call for further assistance if I didnt have service was a bit short-sighted on the part of the sales rep! ********** since I live alone. In the end, we got it sorted and my reception is so much better than with my previous carrier.Consumer Cellular

1 starI ordered a new phone and clear case 10 days ago. I received case but not my phone. When I check **** tracking **** says they made the shipping label, but they haven't received the phone. Problem seems to be in *****. Called C.C. they had no clue!!!!Consumer Cellular

4 starsReceived the order quickly. I was unable to use the wireless transfer from old phone to new phone even with the excellent assistance of your customer service representative. The next day, I used the hard-wired USB-C to USB-C cable to transfer and it worked great. I believe your commitment to U.S. based customer service is terrific and is the only reason I have been a customer of ********************** all these years.Consumer Cellular
