2 starsHere's the cold facts. Consumer Celluler brags about their superior service. While some of the people try, it has been my experience that they do not deliver. It is my opinion that they have a disconnect between the in person locations and the online side of the business. This effects their ability to deliver superior customer service. Additionally, they have good rates for cell service, yet in my experience the cell service is sketchy and requires wifi to work properly. Overall not a good record in my opinion.
