      I bought the ** base station for my mother-in-law to put in her room at a group adult home. She has been bedridden with two broken hips. I had no trouble connecting her home phone to the unit and everything has worked great. Highly recommend the unit.

      Great service, to the point, everything I want in such a transaction. The phone I ordered also arrived literally the next day, which I thought was impossible. My only tiny complaint on the process of switching to a new phone is about the physical process of switching the *** card. You have to remove the *** card tray from the old phone and transfer the chip[s]. They don't include one of the little special pin tools to pop out the tray and there were not very clear instructions on the potential issues, parameters of the process that I could find on the site. I got it done fine though.

      I recently switched to Consumer Cellular, and I have to say, Im thoroughly impressed! From the moment I signed up, the customer service has been fantastic. The representatives were patient and helpful in answering all my questions and guiding me through the setup process.The flexibility of the plans is a huge plus for me as a new customer. I love that I can customize my plan based on my usage, without being locked into a contract. It's refreshing to find such affordable options that don't compromise on quality.Even as a new user, Ive had no issues with coveragecalls are clear, and Ive had a strong signal in most places Ive traveled. Its great to feel confident that I made the right switch.Overall, Im really happy with my decision to join Consumer Cellular. The experience has been smooth and positive from day one, and Id highly recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable wireless provider.

      Phone was shipped quickly and once received was not difficult to set up. All apps, contacts, settings, etc. transferred from the old phone to the new one following the guidance provided--both written guidance and prompts on the phone. Quite pleased that I was able to complete set up by myself without having to call for assistance.

      This phone arrived quickly, was a good deal on special and works fine. I`ve been on the Consumer Cellular network a while and it works good for me.

      Consumer Cellular is charging $***** more for service fees $12.00 in taxes and $5.00 because I opt out of auto pay. They are trying to force me to use something that I don't want. It's a shame they are over charging people ***** more when their plan is $50. 00 I think there should be a law against this. Consumer Cellular is not for seniors on a fixed income.
