5 starsI give a customer review of 5 stars! I have been working with the **** for a week. Yesterday my service was finally transferred from Straight Talk to Consumer Cellular. Four customer service **** worked for a total of maybe 5 hours to help me. They went above and beyond sorting out this problem. I switched my daughters and my phone service because of better rates and the great customer service.Consumer Cellular

It would have been better if the 2 separate deliveries could have come at the same time or even as one delivery/ box. having to wait around to accept delivery was inconvenient as I do have to work. plus the date and times kept changing as to when they would arrive.Consumer Cellular

3 starsHaving a hard time activating new phone. May have to factory reset to set it up all over again. May also need a new SIM card as the one from my iPhone SE may not be up to date enough. Am using my old phone to send this. FrustratingConsumer Cellular

4 starsHad a hard time switching from Att to CC, I talked to four different agents before my phones worked. Maybe because it was Sunday on the labor day weekend and I wasn't dealing with the A team not sure.Phones work great having a hard time using maps while driving out in the country I think it's a data issue.
