4 starsOverall, it was a good experience. Buying at their site was simple, and upgrading to the new phone went faster than I thought.One suggestion to Consumer Cellular: Indicate on the website when someone is paying for the phone over time that the ENTIRE sales tax for the purchase price of the phone will be included in the down payment. When my down payment jumped from $21 to $66 I was shocked and I couldn't find an explanation. I called customer service they very patiently explained that it was for sales tax and then it dawned on me that it was for the full price. I didn't see the explanation until I saw the financing agreement.

5 starsI'm always glad to be able to talk to a real person if I have a question. The first day I tried to order, the payment wouldn't process, but I quickly got a person who said there was a problem, but it would be fixed by the next day, and it was. Also, I was happy to pay $100 less for this phone than the same phone on the Apple site. A bonus!Consumer Cellular
