5 starsSo glad I decided to leave my prior cellular provider. I'm saving almost $100 a month with excellent cell service that uses the same towers as my prior provider. **************** based in the **** was a big issue that convinced me to make the change. I've used online chat a couple of times and the help has been personable, knowledgeable, and fixed a couple of small issues quickly.Consumer Cellular

5 starsI love that when I call CC, which is seldom, that I get a person. They have always been helpful. My new phone I ordered online at their website, came quickly. My only complaint is that there is no local store that can help me transfer info to my new phone. I used to be able to go to Target, but they no longer do it. I will have to pay to get it done.Consumer Cellular

4 starsI was disappointed that they couldn't activate my phone while I was on the phone with the *** at the Target location I purchased it at. I had to go to a public library and activate it online as I was out of town. Other than that everything is good.Consumer Cellular
