4 starsThe person (******?) who took care of porting my numbers from previous carrier did an AWESOME job of sticking to it when **** seemed to be obstructing the process. Got both lines up and running and everything works great!

5 starsMy merchandise was received timely, but I was disappointed the phone did not include an adapter. If I did not have one already I would not have been able to charge and use my phone. I would have had to order equipment before using my phone. Never experienced that with all the computers, tablets or phones. This is my first android phone. My iPhone and all other devices had all the equipment to utilize the device immediately. I like the phone and service so far. Able to use my phone and service with no issues. Happy with all the information in the Setup guide, relivent and large easy to read print. Also, happy with the reasonable service fee. It helps a lot with managing a limited budget. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We appreciate the feedback! While new phones have charging cables included, many manufacturers, including *****, no longer supply charging adapters with their newer devices. According to these manufacturers, removing charging adapters from device packaging can help address the growing e-waste problem and remove any pressure consumers may feel towards continually purchasing new chargers with new phones, which was an increasing concern. 5 starsConsumer Cellular was the least expensive quality company I could find for a senior citizen. And they have an AARP discount. Their cellular coverage works very well, as good as my other carrier. I did have some difficulty initiating service because my prior carrier had a sim card in both my phones that had to be removed. However, I spoke with customer service of ********************** and the *** ran me through the process of the sim card removal and was very patient with me. The only drawback is there in no local store in my area but my prior carrier was phasing out its local store also. If you purchased a phone with your prior carrier and it is not fully paid for you will have to pay off the balance due on the phone before you switch carriers, which may cause you to lose a monthly discount on the phone purchased. I highly recommend Consumer Cellular for those who want quality service at an excellent priceConsumer Cellular
