5 starsSecond phone purchase for myself and spouse is currently paying on a monthly basis his upgraded smart phone since retiring. All that was needed to transfer my contacts and data was to set the phones beside one another. 1 starWill never do business with them again, they approved me and took my money. Before they could even give me a delivery date they started doing weird stuff to my account, I called in to check. I was confirmed everything was good & then I had call again to check to see if my phone was getting a shipped date, to be told they are canceling my order without explanation, they said I shouldve gotten a refund but I didnt see one yet.Consumer Cellular
