4 starsLet me just say that I never give 5 stars to anyone. Ordered my new phone on Saturday and got it on Monday. I just had to call and get the network set up. Very easy and hassle free. Very satisfied with all aspects. Would recommend for seniors such as myself. Just wish Consumer Cellular had brick and mortar stores.

3 starsOrder was delivered on time.However, I reside in an apartment building.The delivery was left by an open area in the floor by the mailboxes for the entire building. I would strongly suggest that Consumer Cellular ask customers where to place their items for delivery. The box could have very easily been ******************* placed their deliveries by the front door of an individual apartment, takes a picture of the item and will usually knock/ring the bell.Consumer Cellular

1 starI signed up for this cell phone but upon further research saw that their international roaming coverage would not work given my upcoming international travel (this was not specified on the website but international roaming does not immediately kick in). I canceled the phone service within 30 minutes of sign up. LOTS of time on chat, then they verify the cancellation and a refund for the *** card charge.Two days later, I'm charged for *** mail delivery. I contact them back. Wait on chat 30 minutes. Then the chat person needs to reinstate my account just to check what happened, this takes another 15 minutes, at the end of which: "Thank you so much for waiting. I see that we canceled the service that same day, but unfortunately the *** had already shipped out. The *** itself was free, but the shipping and taxes were $5.32. Unfortunately, we're not able to refund this since the order did end up getting delivered. I do apologize for this inconvenience."time consuming, inefficient, not a good lookConsumer Cellular
