      The representatives at ****** were cheerful, insightful, and courteous. They were most knowledgeable, skillful, explained what they were doing. They made the proverder switch to CC painless. A definite referral to CC.

      Ive been very impressed with Consumer Cellular. One of the things I value most is that when you call, a real person answers the phoneno endless recordings or frustrating loops. Every representative Ive spoken with has been helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They listen, provide clear answers, and never try to upsell unnecessary products or services. Its refreshing to work with a company that genuinely puts customer needs first. I truly appreciate their professionalism and personal approach, and I highly recommend Consumer Cellular.

      I only have 1 to 2 bars on my Consumer Cellular phone and 2 bars on my other phone under contract currently. This is with my Wi-Fi assisting on both. I am evaluating the service of Consumer Cellular to decide too prominently keep this service or not.The contract I currently have ends on November 13, 2025. But so far, the reception on Consumer Cellular has not been the best decision currently. I will continue the service until I can make decision to keep my old contract month to month or switch to Consumer Cellular. What are future plans to improve reception in my area? Are there plans to place more towers in my area?

Like all carriers, there will be locations with weaker signal.       I went for a drive for the first time since switching to consumer and I got a blinking 1 bar signal in the firs 6 miles from my home and I thought I had crappy service with Cricket with absolutely NO service at my home other than wifii and in my house close to my computer. I don't know how this can even be advertised because for me it is ****, and I will be changing to something else but not today because of how long it takes to do that. and I don't like *** ****** anyway
