5 starsSince the 90's, this is the first time I have switched Carriers. The process was seamless. The ones I spoke to, yes! you can actually speak with a person who is local, were patient, thoroughly explaining the whole process. In addition, I am getting more data for less money.Consumer Cellular

4 starsHave been a customer for several years now and an very satisfied. Have purchased my last few phones from them; I purchase inexpensive android phones so I'm not concerned about upgrading in a year or two. With my latest purchase I did have to contact customer service to help me get the activation process started. Then I had to go through a process with a USB cable to transfer my gallery of photos from old phone to new one, There are a few other things that I need to figure out but that is on me and not Consumer Cellular, And I do like that the latest phone I purchased I was able to put on a payment plan.Consumer Cellular

1 starI order a phone online. I paid $211.55 and the very next day I received n email that the order was cancelled. No explanation. I called and they told me I didnt qualify for the phone. Still waiting for the money to be back on my card. I went somewhere else and I got a newer and better phone with a better deal. I got several emails after asking if I got the phone and how I like the service . No, because the order was cancelled on your part. I dont recommend Consumer CellularConsumer Cellular
