5 stars**************** people were great. They are very nice and you can understand them. Can't say that about about 90 percent of other companies including my previous providers.

5 starsDespite the fact that switching carriers always has problems, the Consumer Cellular help desk was very helpful in sorting out and solving my particular problems. I really appreciate the fact that the ** help desk is here in the *** and not in another country. Past experience with other carrier's 'out of country' help desks has not been good. Over/sea connections and language difficulty have been my typical experience with other carriers. I guess the other carriers are looking for cheaper help desk help.Consumer Cellular
