5 starsOrdered my sim and service plan online. Very easy . It arrived 2 days later. I called into customer service and only waited a minute or 2 for help. Agent was friendly and helpful. Only took a couple of minutes to change out sim and start new service. I installed the Ap and everything was there ready to go.Consumer Cellular

3 starsQuick replacement for ******* Galaxy phone with broken screen, however, it took me a while to realize there was an aperture but no headphone ***** Also, why is it so difficult to move a calculator icon from limbo onto your working screen? Not Consumer's problem but aggravating nonetheless.Consumer Cellular
