Ive had to call them a few times to extend my due date and they did it without any questions! Added my son to my plan and it was quick and easy as pie! Recently ordered a new phone and the transaction went smoothly and the new phone setup was a breeze! I highly recommend consumer cellular to everyone! 5 starsThe customer service is incredible. Every time I called I immediately spoke to a real person, who was knowledgeable about their service plans and phones.
