5 starsWeb site is a piece of cake to set up plans, replace phones etc. Monthly payment on phones is handy and the pricing is competitive. Last new phone I switched the sim from the old phone and it worked fine. Although I got a note about needing an esim, which I did not need.Consumer Cellular
