5 starsI was looking to decrease my monthly cell bill. My carrier could not accommodate me so I called Consumer Cellular based on TV ads. Spoke with ******* who was extremely helpful un getting me signed up. I wanted to trade iPhone 13 in for a 16 and he handle that quickly, professionally and to my extreme satisfaction.Once I received my 16, I called the number shown to get it set up, all info transferred and spoke with ***** who was wonderful. It took about 2 hours to get it done, but we did! Words do not describe your customer service. I just wish I had done this a long time ago!Consumer Cellular

3 starsThe phone seems to work ok, a bit larger than I thought it would be, but it arrived without a charger. A phone charger is included with every phone I've ever bought until now.Also, I ordered a phone glass protector that I'm still waiting for.The changeover from **** was a bit clumsy, but I called one of the customer service representatives, and she was very helpful and professional.All in all, it's been a mixed experience so far with Consumer Cellular.Consumer Cellular

Thank you for your feedback and sharing your experience. Newer devices do come with a charging cord, however, many manufacturers will no longer supply a charger head. This is due to them slowly migrating to wireless charging only, as well as a way of becoming a greener company. Unlike a lot of other BIG companies they have done just what they promised and more. If you are thinking of switching cell phone carriers, please go with Consumer Cellular.
