5 starsMoved from ***** to Consumer Cellar without a hitch. Actually, I did have some trouble at my end that was totally due to my not being confident that I could make the switch. The person who walked me through it was FANTASTIC!! So I'm glad I switched.

2 starsThe TV ad says go to ****** to get your Consumer Cellular plan and phone. My husband is currently handicapped and using a knee wheelchair to get around but needed to go with me. We have 2 Targets within a 6 mile radias, so we go to the closest one, go to the **************** and can find any Consumer Cellular products. After 5 minutes we finally found a Target employee to be told that they have limited Consumer Cellular products and they can only sell the products that a technician was not on site and when they have appointments scheduled they rarely show up. They show us the display, which is bare and does not have the phone we wanted to purchase. We leave and call the other Target near us only to be told that they also have limited product and no Tech. They suggested we call ******* who stated they were not set up with Consumer Cellular yet.We go home and I go online to order a phone and set up a plan. Of course I had problems doing that also.Took me a whole week to get everything set up. Everyone I spoke to was really nice but it was not easy to get my husband's phone set up. Their web **** said his phone was compatible but after 3 days of trying to get it set up it was decided that it wasn't compatible.. Had to buy a new phone, which we were not planning on. So far our service is good, our new phones are working good so I have to give Consumer Cellular a few stars for that. Let's hope that this continues!Consumer Cellular

5 starsMy family and I have been using Consumer Cellular for 3 lines over the past several years without any problems and very reliable service. The customer service team has been excellent and I have no reason for switching anytime soon unless they change completely which carrier towers they use.Consumer Cellular

4 starsHappy with the company & plan, although the initial transition from old carrier was trying at times - kept my *************** but with some miscommunication with changing-over instruction, being without call/text & relying on agent chat feature, on computer, from other company took over a day - in the end feel it should be work well for me.Consumer Cellular

3 starsPhone arrived sooner than I thought. Setup was more difficult than I would have thought. CC *** on the phone was helpful. Just came with a C - USB line and no charger block. I knew there would be no block, but as usual all the other blocks I all ready have are not C blocks. Maybe someday they will be standardized and we can fill up the landfills with all the un-needed blocks.Consumer Cellular

Most phone manufacturers no longer send us the wall plug for the phones in an effort to be more green. They do include the charging cable which we send to our customers.Thank you for your feedback!
