5 starsWe had a great experience. We changed carriers and bought new phones. They were knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to set us up with the plan and phones we needed. It was a stress free experience and left with a plan that saved us money.

1 starWe transferred two lines from another provider and have had nothing but problems (calls dropped, unable to make or receive calls, texts and emails. Unable to send or receive email. Problems with voicemail. Additionally, the automated menu has yet to operate properly. I am giving serious consideration to going back to my previous provider despite the much higher cost from them.Consumer Cellular
