1 starTried to order a phone with a payout plan. They shipped the phone but withdrew the full amount from my account. I did not authorize them to do that! Right at the holidays! Now Im short ***** in my account. I can return the phone for a full refund but that will take at least a week.Consumer Cellular

I have spoken to 2 agents and their supervisors regarding this matter. They tell me because the product was ordered on their website that I must have hit the wrong button when I placed the order. I have over $700 dollars in bank fees because of it.Review fromMarcia M

I have been with Consumer Cellular for years and this is our 3rd time purchasing phones from them. They arrive quickly and we have never had any problems.
