      I started service 11 years ago. They used to have exceptional customer service. It's possible they are hiring Sprint and ******* call center personnel at a particular location. I am surprised and dismayed. I certainly hope this is not a new environmental continuation. It is a discrepancy that will have the identical effect. To retain customers, appropriate skills ashould be required. I am quite disappointed with my 3 calls today to ascertain an issue that I didn't understand initially. 1 terrible signal 4 bars they hung up. 2. Representative was snide, abrupt, and condensending. 3. Supervisor(?) regarding #2 seemed to become bored with my complaint and hung up. I did not yell, but I was quite concerned at the new turn of events. They won't do anything about my concerns, because I do not matter to them. ****** all over again.

      I did not want to make this call because I thought it would be a waste of time and energy. Subsequent to calling this morning, my accessment was absolutely correct. I called 8**SSN**, spoke with *******. He had no idea why I called must be an automated response on behalf of BBB. Since I really did not need the aggravation of this stupifying behavior again. I explained what the problem was, he agreed probably should have initiated a ticket at that time. Additionally said I should have been transferred to billing. All I accomplished was to rehash this rigamarole again without any resolution. Which is as I said, nobody cares.

      ********** *****. They're a corrupt dishonest business switching and baiting. I've called all their phone numbers, have spoken to at least two people complaining that after years being an on time paying customer, they still have no record of my phone number, then it's been spending close to an hour each month paying my bill. Last month I started trying to pay my usual 30. bill days early of the due date, was met with not taking vocal calls, I forgot, paid late double my usual charge with no explanation, I was busy needed phone service, thought I'd inquire of an explanation next month, well here we are in next month, but it's the same but today I got a chat person, explained in detail and they then sent me to a third-party company asking me to join for a $1. refundable charge. I went back to the chat and wrote I wasn't interested, only interested in an explanation of my last month's charges and current charges, CONSUMER CELLULAR chat had been closed. Switch and bait...count your fingers, very displeased...wondering how many millions of good folks this happens to every month, very dishonest, double-dealing confusion, meantime they draw interest on money they hold until returned...

      I am sad that I tried this company and would not recommend. They will charge you for time not used. Then after you cancel and get a total and tell them that you will pay as soon as you get paid. They will add more to your bill then after you pay all that they will send you a bill for more. So disappointed!!! Would give no stars

      ********, Consumer Cellular bills in arrears for monthly services and usage, much like a utility company. We are not a prepaid provider, and service is month-to-month; service will remain active until a request to cancel is received or the number(s) are transferred to a new provider. The account will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and customers may continue to use the service through that date. The final billing will be for the full billing cycle, which is industry standard.       The Iris Flip phone was so hard to set up. There are no instruction available on how to use the phone. fortunately, I have a person to help me set it up, otherwise I could have returned the phone.
