3 starsI am now enjoying my IPhone 16e. My previous IPhones were gifted to me. This is the first IPhone I've purchased and needed help transfering info from old phone. It was a bit frustrating. Apparently I was not savvy enough to ask the right questions via Chat Box to one of the customer service agents. I was asked to message "pertinent" questions. I thought this was very rude treatment when trying to find out why I was told to purchase a SIM card by a previous agent. Also, it seems as if Chat Box customer service agents simultaneously help other customers. Maybe this is customary, I don't know. If I must chat again, I hope to see a ************ choice in the drop down box. However, I have learned a lot about the IPhone set up.Consumer Cellular
