5 stars**** did an excellent job assisting us in transferring to Consumer Cellular as was the person who assisted us in making the number transfer. It is rare to have a business deliver on the promises they make in commercials but that was our experience. We look forward to being customers.Consumer Cellular

5 starsThe switch was easy and clean. The hardest part was getting the transfer PIN from ******* which I think they made purposely difficult. So far the reception and calling service has been acceptable although it appears we have less bars at home that we used to it still works fine, Data speeds and see okay although I dont seem to get 5Gw at my home any more which we would get with *******. Were saving $100 a month compared to our ******* plan and the service is comparable. I dont seem to get myself switching backConsumer Cellular

2 starsConsumer Cellular's criteria to finance a phone is too strict. An elderly person like myself can't afford to buy a phone outright and therefore I'm never able use their service.Consumer Cellular
