      Had a great experience purchasing my new phone at consumer cellular store. *** and ****** helped greatly to leave my old carrier and to come over to Consumer Cellular. They both were extremely professional and a pleasure to have them help me with everything I needed to be done with. They each deserve 10 stars instead of 5.

      The **************** people I have talked with to make this change have been so patient with me. They never hurried me or made me feel like I was getting on their nerves, as all this made me really anxious to be changing providers. I was able to understand them as they explained to me what to do. I appreciate their help and assistance in doing this. Hope it will continue.

      Found out CC's network does not match all other cellular co's networks ref the frequency they operate on = phone's from some other carriers are not usable (GSM .vs. CDMA). IMEI number not sufficient. Mine from ******* will not 'switch' to CC's just by inserting new SIM. In signing up, CC should also ask which carrier phone was previously used on & have further checks. May end up cancelling.

      Started off a little rough, but was able to work through the transfer of my existing phone number after 4 days. It was not from my user error, it was both Consummer Cellar and Straight Talk Wireless.
