5 starsI have contracted with many of the top cellular companies and had the worst customer service, hang **** dropped calls being told something was taken care of when it was not - all with the bonus of bad attitude. How refreshing it is to work with pleasant, helpful, people! No long wait times. And on top of it all - amazing prices. I love these people! ****** out to April in set-up, you rock!Consumer Cellular

5 starsWe are extremely pleased with our transfer to Consumer Cellular. The cost is much lower, the agents all speak clearly so we can understand them, and one of the switch pros was willing to patiently wait for our prior carrier to answer the phone for 1 and 1/4 hours. We saved over $50 on a new phone purchase too.Consumer Cellular
