5 starsThis was my first experience changing SIM cards and switching service to another carrier. I was helped through my nervous breakdown with a calm, understanding woman who was my here. 5 starsLow monthly rates, short wait times and excellent customer service. There are no sales pitches or hidden fees. Consumer Cellular is much better than *******. I even get a stronger wireless signal in my neighborhood.Consumer Cellular

5 starsExcellent telephone customer service! We chose to keep our existing cell phones and Consumer Cellular provided us with new *** cards via US Mail. After receiving the new *** cards and obtaining a transfer PIN from our existing carrier, we reached out to Consumer Cellular for next steps. The support person that assisted us was extremely helpful and courteous, talking us through the *** card installation and activation process. She also confirmed functionality of our existing cell phones through the Consumer Cellular mobile phone service by providing us a number to call to ensure call placement worked properly. Finally, she also called us on each of our cell phones ensuring that we would properly receive calls as well. We were with our former mobile phone service for 17 years, but Consumer Cellular has them beat hands down. We're looking forward to a relationship with Consumer Cellular for many years to come!Consumer Cellular
