5 starsPurchased a SIM card for my old phone, but was having trouble activating it. Called customer support and they told me to purchase a new phone since my old one was not compatible with the service anymore. Ordered a Galaxy A15 and was having the same problems with it as well. Called again and spoke to *****. After a few minutes of finding out the problem, she finally managed to get my phone up and running. Very happy I spoke with her since she was able to get my phone working right away. Highly recommend her and thanks to CC for everything!

4 starsHated answering service computer agent. When I was able to talk to a live person, things went very well. I'm terrible for names but the lady bent over backwards trying to help me out. She provide the answer how to transfer my android phone to my new Iphone. I just haven't been able to make it work. Considering I'm 72 years old I figure I'm missing a step that she told me so I am still shorting things out.Consumer Cellular

5 starsI purchased a new home base phone and contacted the Consumer Cellular activation specialists to assist with porting my existing number from the current home base provider (Straight Talk). I had to call twice: first, to get help to initiate the port out (3-way call); and second, to provide the port out PIN number to complete the transfer. There was a 90 minute delay due to the old provider's system. Both times my experience with the Consumer Cellular activation specialists was prompt, professional and accurate.
