3 starsWell, I own 2 unlocked ******* Galaxy S23Ultra cellphones that were previously active via a T-Mobile service plan. Our in-laws just got Consumer Cellular and recommended ** to us. Ordering went great though I was surprised that I had to join **** to qualify for the "2 lines unlimited everything for $55."I received my SIM Kits (2 kits) and installation was very simple.Activation, however, is another matter. After SIM card insertion and a phone restart, neither decice could make or receive calls. Going into settings>about phone> showed our new ** assigned telephone numbers.Clicking on SIM status showed that network is: ** HOWEVER,both Service and Network are both deactivated.Unable to reach customer service due to the holidays so can't get help either via chat or voice. Logging into the ** "My Account" FAQ and Help area was absolutely no help because the links and the videos would not play. I am highly disappointed. Neither the ** website on my PC nor the ** App on our phones could get us any help. I will be calling tomorrow, after Thanksgiving, on Friday in hopes a live CSR can get our phones activated to make and receive calls and make and receive text messages.Review fromWilliam P
