3 starsIt was difficult getting the phones set up. We were told we could go to a local store for help, but the 3 we went to said they sell Consumer Cellular products, but don't assist with set up in any way. And they sent us the wrong a SIM card for a phone that was eSIM compatible and an eSIM link for a phone that wasn't. Took 3 days to get the 2nd phone set up.

5 starsThey are the best Cell phone company have ever had they're transparent and they're very helpful, and after six months of good ontime payments, they actually let me buy a phone on credit, which is awesom. 2 starsdisappointed after all the ad hype. site crashed while ordering several times, didnt know order # until I received phone package, order appeared next day via email some parts of order#blocked. phone wouldnt activate on line had to call service *** from other phone, spoke with *** for over a hour and forty-five minutes. phone wouldnt boot up properly, trying to make call using phone got message saying " no SIM card". finally *** said I would have to take it to service tech miles away which I was really trying to avoid. she made appointment an at a Target Store, emailed location and time more than 10 miles away. NEED MORE SERVICE TECH LOCATIONS, like there is a Target Store in walking distance from my home. when I got there service serving other customers traveling from further than I. waited over an hour to get to me, and changed my SIM chip while servicing others, fair to him he was working hard to satisfy others for another hour. new chip w/ same number now working. Like the advertised services, calling options, available plans BUT got to do better on web accessability to avoid crashes, avoid phone calling customer ***s, and more convient SERVICE TECH LOCATIONS eg.all TARGET STORES. Complaining but still pushing on, a good product but tech issues needs to be resolved. from me and others waiting hours and traveling far distances to use single service tech, put more in other Target Stores.Consumer Cellular

1 starHere's the problem. I thought you were giving me a great deal. However, it turned out to be the biggest headache I have had in a long time. First, we were not told we had to unlock our phones before attempting to port over to CC from ***. Well since they were not unlocked all that happen is my phone turned into a non-working phone no matter what *** or CC did to try and fix it. Finally, the next day after a wonderful person at the *** store spent over 3 hours trying to get me back to *** the stars aligned, and it happen, and I am now back to *** and promise to never leave them again. CC tech support was unable to break the port between CC and what the *** still had hold of even after *** unlocked my phone. So, we never tried CC nor will we with all the problems I had with just my phone. Trying to sell me a new phone was not the answer to my problem just tech support. With you all not having bricks and motor places is a problem with something like this occurs. Sorry Consumer Cellar you were to much trouble even though we would have Saved money in the long run.Consumer Cellular
