3 starsDo not pay for the expedited shipping option, it is deceptive!They say you will receive your phone within 1-2 business days, but they don't count the day of your order or the next day when they actually ship it ****** they earliest you will get your order is actually 4 business days.Other then that, they have been a good company.Consumer Cellular

I ordered my phone on 11/25/24 and paid for expedited shipping. I have still not received the phone and its 12/4/24. I understand things happen, but I believe that the customer should be refunded the expedited shipping cost, since I paid extra for a service that I did not receive. I am not disputing the regular shipping costs, just the extra charge for a special service, that I did not receive.Review fromWade K
