3 starsIt took a very long time. I had no service for the holiday. I am house bound and could not call anyone. Family could not reach me and called police for a wellness check. The *** card was not removed the first try on Monday. It was finally all fixed today. On the positive side, your personal are all friendly and patient and get an A+ for walking me through it all.Consumer Cellular

5 starsThe representatives were all amazing. I talked with three different people in the process of changing carriers unlocking my phone and getting with Consumer Cellular. ALL were very professional and courteous especially considering me being an 83 year old woman with very limited technological experience !!Consumer Cellular

5 starsUpgraded to a new Moto Edge 2024. My previous phone was given to my ********* new phone ported easily from my old one. Afterwards I reset my old one to factory standards.Porting my sister's old phone to my previous phone was a challenge because the both could not find each other using bluetooth. After contacting customer service we were successful. I appreciated the patience and determination of Consumer Cellular's assistant.Consumer Cellular
