5 starsWas worried about activation and set up, tried on my own but was a little bit confused. Lol! Not the best tech savvy. Called the number and was assisted through the process by **** from Arizona whom I at first thought was the best AI that I've ever encountered only to learn later that he was a real person. Quick, knowledgeable, professional, polite, have never experienced service even close to what I received. Btw did I mention "KNOWLEDGEABLE"?? This man knew everything and answered all my questions in a very clear and concise way that made it very easy for me to follow along while feeling confident that what I was doing was correct. **** double checked and followed up with me every step of the way so I felt comfortable and well informed. Have never had the experience of service expertise as I received from ****. Hope this man is well paid and if not you may want to rethink because losing him would be a great loss for your company.Consumer Cellular

4 starsI liked having a customer service person that I could understand. It did take a lot longer than I thought to switch the (4) lines from my old carrier to cc, (Over 2 hrs). Also was not told early on that I needed all the phones present at the same time to switch carriers. Also was disappointed I couldnt buy a protection plan just because I had my own phones and didnt buy new ones from CC.Consumer Cellular
