1 starI just ordered a 5g stylus Moto from Consumer Cellular. When I received it, it did not have a plug-in to the wall for the charger. So I ordered one, and then I realized I could use the same from the phone I had ordered for my mother. When it was fully charged I tried to use it and it was locked. I called cc and they said they could not fix it. Now I am stuck paying for a phone that does not work. As soon as possible I will change my carrier.

5 stars******* was awesome helping us out. The transaction was quick and easy, and my 5000+ pictures were easily transferred onto the new phone. My bill is nearly half of what it was with TMobile, and 1/3 of Verizons.Consumer Cellular

4 starsWe switched from ******* to CC several years ago and never looked back. The **************** is top-shelf, the coverage is adequate for our needs, and the ability to buy new iPhones over time was a blessing since I'm a disabled veteran and the wife only receives Social Security.We are delighted with the new phones - the move from an iPhone8 to the 16ProMax propelled us into the 21st century and allowed us to quickly get up to speed on the latest tech.... what a difference!CC "family".Consumer Cellular
