5 starsIt was a complicated process to change providers, but the ** staff were extremely helpful and walked me through it and tested the connectivity. The clerk at ****** sold me SIM cards, but I didnt need them as ** uses eSIM. The **** price for two lines cant be beat and the coverage is very good.Consumer Cellular

1 starIf you don't have internet you have to use their data Then when you switch to a new cellphone carrier they don't bother telling you still owe for a bill that you thought you paid for in July but no your bill comes out for July and August in September when you no longer have this company for a phone when I was told I wouldn't have a bill *** I have no money for food, gas Thanks alotConsumer Cellular

5 starsI am very satisfied with my purchase of a ******* Galaxy A16. The phone's capabilities are a big upgrade from my old *******. ***** at the Tigard store was very helpful in setting up the new phone and transferring files from the old phone to the new one. Being able to visit and physical Consumer Cellular location and dealing with sale people in person was much better than conducting business on-line. Overall, the customer service was excellent and the price was fair. I recommend Consumer Cellular.Consumer Cellular
