3 starsHad to wait way to long to be taken care of. He said 30 minutes and it turned out to be a hour and a half. All total we spent hours there. The guy we had did not know what he was doing.

1 starI ordered A Flagship device paid a deposit and monthly service fee. Then I got email saying it couldn't ship until I signed a repayment agreement, so I called them and they said I already signed one. 2 Days later I get an email saying my service has been cancelled or suspended. I called and they could not tell me why my service was cancelled so I requested a refund. Still waiting 7 days later for refund to process. Very disappointed. I expected more from such a large company.Consumer Cellular

5 starsI was able to easily change my account and order a new phone. The battery on my previous phone from Consumer Cellular was swelling. My one question is how long I had the old ******* phone. It may have only been about 2 years. I feel the phone should last longer than that but I did order a new ******* phone and will keep track of today's date and see how long it lasts.Consumer Cellular

5 starsYes I received my order as expected; HOWEVER I was unable to activate my new phone as there was no activation code and it wasn't cooperating to activate thru my account. I finally talked to a chat person and was successful in getting my phone activated. The chat person was very helpful.Consumer Cellular

The **************** was amazing, price fabulous, and the phone number was transferred over within 48 hours. The representative stayed on the phone until I got the new phone up and running, voice mail set up, and numbers entered.Consumer Cellular
