5 starsGreat experience from start to finish. From the woman I initially signed up with to the 3 ladies who got my new phone set up. It took 3 due to ME not for the lack of excellent service. They did more than just walk me through it-there was encouragement (quite a lot) , genuine conversation and laughter. I laughingly told them that your commercial is TRUE. (Imagine That) Love that I will be saving over a thousand a year!!! But I am loving the excellent customer service morethat means EVERYTHING. THANK YOU!!!Consumer Cellular

5 starsI was dreading changing my cell phone carrier, but dealing with Consumer Cellular representatives made it easy and almost fun. All the representatives I had contact with were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and so helpful. If you didn't know how to do something of a technical nature, there was no judgment just a helpful voice. I changed carriers for the cost, but the customer service now is the reason I switched. And so far, the service on my phone has been great, no glitches, good reception and clear connections. Thanks Consumer Cellular.Consumer Cellular
