5 starsI purchased the ******* A16 model. This is a carrier locked phone. I could have got the same unlocked version at about the same price. I have no plans on leaving Consumer Cellular so I opted to go with simple activation which was simple by just scanning a QR code. My last phone was unlocked (not from CC) and I had to enter all of the network info ********* any case if I had to online chat or voice call CC they are one of the very few that still have U.S. based support.

5 starsWhat a blessing so far. We received my new phone and transferred service from Cricket. The people who helped us were so kind. We really appreciate their friendliness. 1 starPhone was transferred with the wrong phone number. Tech was not very helpful and told me to contact Consumer Cellular to correct problem. I finally convinced him to call for support. He reluctantly made the call. It took 2 1/2 hours to finally get my phone to work. My wife's phone would not make or receive calls after the Tech transferred my information. After much discussion, we got both phones to work. Needless to say I am not very pleased.Consumer Cellular

5 starsEveryone I communicated with to set up my new service was absolutely wonderful. I was able to switch my service while still on the phone with them, everythign went very smoothly and the service has been awesome so far! I am very pleased with my decision so far.Consumer Cellular

5 starsIt was very easy to switch over to Consumer Cellular. I left ******* due to their never ending price increases and difficulty whenever I contacted them. Always a foreign customer service person that you couldnt understand. The service has been great so far with Consumer, their people are US based, easy to understand and very nice and helpful and their prices are GREAT! So much less than ******* and I have great speeds, etc. with my Consumer Cellular service. I am VERY happy I made the switch!!Consumer Cellular
