2 starsEasy to switch, but the service is not as good as T-Mobile. Mostly I only have two bars. I dont know if I seen a full set of bars. When Im at work, I have to walk around the building looking for a good place for a call. Calls are missed because of the connection issues. Service is also slow. As much as I hate T-Mobile, I may have to go back. I have only been using Cingular for a week.Consumer Cellular
