4 starsOrdering implies unit comes with a cord and no wall unit charger. I bought the wall unit charger only to find after receiving unit there was no charging cord. Might want to clarify that.

1 starThe worst customer service, very rude and the company is so screwed up. I opened an account, online, they told me i have to call because apparently the online process isnt good enough for them because. So I called and repeated the process again sat on the phone for 3 hours. Now there are two duplicate orders, with double pending charges on my credit card, which maxed out my credit card. I tried to cancel was given the run around. Eventually after 1 week everything cancelled out and after two weeks my refund was back on my cc. Not worth the headacheConsumer Cellular

1 starAfter receiving my new phone, I was told by your Support Staff that I could not activate my phone unless i CALLED them to begin the process. CHAT was not a possibility. I was forced to CALL them (with what?) My phone would not be activated without phoning them firstg to activate my DEAD phone! Your Consumer Cellular support service leaves a lot to be desired.Consumer Cellular
