1 starIve been with CC for little over a week. Ive had a plethora of problems with customer service including giving me incorrect information that NO other *** or supervisor is willing to honor! I am completely disappointed work the customer service NOT PENDING UP TO THEIR MISTAKE or ability to rectify the problems!

3 stars1st Associate entered numbers on wrong phones. Paid $10 for next day shipping SIM card, which took 3 days. $5 credit was not given for extra shipping days.When I called Switch ********* It took 2 1/2 hrs to get 1 phone transfered. The service seems to be better so far, even though we got off to a **** start.Consumer Cellular
