4 starsTech staff is terrific (******). Walked me through activation in no time. A little concerned about cellular data. I have already had an instance where service slowed in a well covered urban area. Hope thats not a trend.Consumer Cellular

1 starThese thieves over a risk free guarantee if you cancel within 30 days. That is all that is mentioned, I canceled within 3 weeks & was charged anyway. When I call them, they say I used too much data. But I couldn't because I didn't have reliable data after the 1st 2 weeks.Consumer Cellular

1 starIve been with CC for little over a week. Ive had a plethora of problems with customer service including giving me incorrect information that NO other *** or supervisor is willing to honor!
