4 starsEverything was good, except for 1 thing. After about a week, I decided to register online and log in to check the account. What I found was that it listed the plan as being 20GB data. I had purchased the 5GB plan, so I had to call in and get the account updated as 5GB. If I had not logged in to check the account, I would have been paying for the more expensive 20GB plan...Also, my phone was listed as the primary number, but my wife was getting texts and emails for me on her phone. That was weird, but all is well now. Expecting smooth sailing from now on...Consumer Cellular

5 starsBoth ** customers service representatives that helped me get the phone set up for my 94 year old father were extremely helpful and patient. They worked to help us get the transfer code from our previous provider. Dad is so happy to be able to make and receive calls without assistance. And his bill is 1/5 of the other provider.Consumer Cellular

4 starsConsumer cellular has always been super helpful in finding solution to any issue I've had with their phones or other services. I just replaced my old, simple, flip-phone with another updated version. When the service person on the phone couldn't help me remotely, I was promptly set up with an appointment with a technician at my local Target store who did help me get the new phone set up.Consumer Cellular
