      I had an excellent experience with Consumer Cellular. ****** was outstanding throughout my line transfer and activation process. She was professional, courteous, and patient, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. This was truly a wonderful customer service interaction, and Im very glad to be a new Consumer Cellular customer.

      I was pleased with the help I received from the *** but my old phone could not be helped. So I purchased a new phone. Delivery was quick and it took less than 30 minutes to get it up and running with ***resentative help. So far the phone has worked perfectly.

      *** lost my Sim card, YOU don't help get a solution. MY PROBLEM now.About a week after I told YOU and *** that said SIM card was NOT delivered to me NOR my address: ************************************************************************, my neighbor who had been away brought the Sim card over to me. In the meantime I had ordered and PAID FOR a new phone and number. Which I had not received. IT was held up at *** in ********, **, for 3 days. When I chatted with someone on-line, I got so upset because I couldn't get information on my phone OR how ro get a refund OR how to proceed. PLEASE HELP!!

      I canceled my service with consumer cellular because they raised my rates the 2nd of Oct. 2025. I received a final bill for the full amount . Over a month later I received another bill for an even higher amount..when I called to complain November 11th explaining thst I had nit had their service for over a month the supervisor was completely condescending and rude. There was no prorated amount. I gave never had a company charge me the full amount for an entire month of no service. They have not responded to my email.

As a postpaid provider, your service runs on a month-to-month basis and stays active until you request cancellation or transfer your number to another carrier. You can continue using your service through the end of your billing cycle, and your final bill will cover that full cyclethis is standard across the industry.       Worst company ever. I ended my service and they billed me for a full month because I used the phone for one day to get the information from THEM to change my service to another company. Apparently, there is no prorating but I was NEVER told that. No one explained that to me when I called to opt out. I will not use them again. I guess you get what you pay for. The service was terrible which is why I switched and the customer service was a joke.

      Consumer cellular is charging me an extra month after I cancelled my contract. I am paying another full month!
