5 starsConsumer Cellular is always great to work with. I ordered my wife's new phone on line through CC. It was the best price, for that model, that I could find. It arrived within a few days. When I set it up, everything went smoothly and I was given the option to activate with eSIM. It activated and has been working fine. I didn't even need to contact customer service. I have contacted customer service in past times, and they are always pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. Between quality, pricing and service, we have been very happy with Consumer Cellular for years.Consumer Cellular

4 starsThe switch was smooth and fast. Courteous staff. Lost one star because phone keeps showing notification that Sim card is not my old provider *******. Have tried power off reboots was better now back and irritated. Hope price is a big savings. Phone connection seems OK.Consumer Cellular

I spoke with real people, not an AI system, and they were friendly, knowledgeable, easy to understand, patient, and supportive. Thank you ****** and *******! I believe that the most successful companies in the future will be the ones that provide REAL people customer support, not AI robots. We all need more humanity and caring for each other as people.
