2 starsOrdering the phone was easy. However I worked with your help area for 1 1/2 hra trying to activate the phone. The *** would not work. It was suggested I go to ****** to purchase a new *** card. At ****** a new *** card did not work. We discovered it was not a new model of the phone and would not work. I will be returning the original phone and the purchased *** card for reimbursement. I did purchase a new phone at ****** and it was activated there to make sure it worked.Consumer Cellular
