1 starNever heard *** on delivery day. *** left note to advise next day attempt. *** did not appear next day. Their tracking email said "awaiting pickup" at their location. Scheduling time to do so.

******; We can appreciate how frustrating it is to be waiting for the Phone and wish there were a way for us to get it to the customer sooner. ********************** *** does not have a unique or advanced partnership regarding the shipment and delivery of phones. If *** is unable to secure delivery, we do not have the means to intervene on the customer's behalf. As the person receiving the Phone, you are the only one they can work with to reschedule or make changes to the delivery. 4 starsMy order came in quite quickly, I miss having a Target close by to actually shop for the phone at, the phone numbers and transfer of apps went well with the new app that allows that.Consumer Cellular
