  Im a new fitness instructor. Im also a person of color and a mom. I just spent a week and a half trying to get verified by SheerID and was just denied my verification letter for *********'s sweat collective saying it looked altered. It was an employment letter written and signed and dated by my employer.Thank you ************ And ******** at SheerID for the systemic racism. I am deeply offended. I was having trouble shopping at ********* anyway because of the history of racism from the owner and public refusal to serve plus size women of color. This is just an affirmation of that. Its just not right. If my name was ******** too, I think I would have been treated with more respect.

  Asks me to upload sensitive document, and when I do, SheerID claims that document contains a virus, which doesn't make sense given that ****** docs and my browser verify that the document is virus free. This has caused my to loose my ability to commute. SheerID says they need 30 days to review the situation. Also, I am disabled and this is a reverification. I've been verified for over 4 years already.

  My experience with sheer ID Cause me to be very paranoid about them collecting very sensitive information and still not verifying my phone number at ********** for 10% discount as a DAV military veteran. Sheer ID only wants to collect sensitive information for their dubious reasons to sell to other companies and what other nefarious activities theyre gonna do with your information causes me to be very worried of what might happen to my formation in the future? ********** should be sued for using this type of charade. to collect peoples personal information. And then in the end, you still dont get a 10% discount at ********** because they refuse to use facial ID military discounts at **********. If the ************* Army gives you a military ID why is it that ********** does not respect your face and Numbers on your ID? ********** should be sued for this fallacious attack on military veterans personal private information!!!!!

  They have zero knowledge of how the military and military orders work. I submitted my orders to them and they stated because my orders were not issued in the past 12 months they could not be accepted. Pretty much nonsense because thats not how orders work they are issued for the length of time they are for. In my case my orders were for 3 years.

  It just asked me to upload government documentation to verify that I'm a Veteran. ID.me never asked me to upload government documentation to verify my military status and I've been using them for some time now. I'm not uploading my DD214 with my SSN and other personal info to this company. They need to look at improving their processes.

  I want to give them 0 stars. I tried to apply for the lululemon sweat collective which uses sheerid and they wouldnt approve me. My documents all stated I was a coach and showed every thing it asked for but they kept denying me. After contacting their useless support, it took them over a week to get back to me after working on the problem just to tell me Im ineligible? Even though by their standards Im completely eligible. This system is full of bull and needs to be reevaluated. Ive had coworkers approved with the same documentation and never had the issues Im running into and also were never told their organization doesnt qualify. I wanted to go higher up to complain but they wouldnt provide me the information or give me a number to call probably because they knew theyd be ripped a new one.

  They are unable to verify my military service for every platform they are contracted to support. Worst verification service I have ever used and I hope more businesses move away from them but unfortunately, more businesses seem to be using them.
