    Several attempts, think they are out to rip off sensitive info. Sent in several veterans documents., denied. Now worried that I sent it in.

    Could not verify my student status due to technical issues on Spotify. Went to submit a support ticket and got an "error, try again later." A tech company where nothing works. Cool.

    I've been a teacher for 15 years and submitted my license number from ********' official site (isbe) and they still denied my request. Terrible company and service. Seems to be designed to do everything in their power to not award promised discounts.

    Sent SheerID over 6 documents verifying my status as a student and they found some reason not to accept each and every one. One letter was on university letter head, with my name, date, and verification of being in the program. They denied it because it wasn't signed. Then I sent them screenshots of my course and they still denied it. This is completely ridiculous that they make students jump through these hoops to ************ a month on Spotify.

    I work a side gig at a big box store that gives a certain, very special group of people a discount when presenting with an ID. However, since the store hired this 3rd party, the lack of support as well as the INCREDIBLE amount of information they require of said special person, is outrageous. Has SheerID been sold? To whom? Stateside?Over seas? Don't use SheerID - PERIOD. Even to get a discount - I've told my family members NOT to enroll in the discount program b/c this 3rd party, who cannot answer any legitimate questions you may have via phone, has almost everything it needs to hack your life.

    Urgh. This is software is hard to work with. Its like Im sending thing into a HOLE. Ive submitted information 5 times now. The latest is it will take longer to verify non-English information. I HAVE NOT SUBMITTED non-English information. ?? its like another excuse to hold hold up the process.
