  **************** is basically non-existent. SheerID gives the error Verification Limit Exceeded We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer.After contacting support they instant close my ticket and do not reset my attempts or anything and since the customer service agents are most likely a poorly written AI Agent they don't know or care to help. Makes their service unusable and any company who uses them I will never be able to use now.

  Unreliable verification provider, with India-outsourced customer service that does not care about the clients they serve. Getting an answer can take several days and all responses are templated and not helpful. Somehow, this half-baked product appears to have made its way to some of the largest companies, which apparently do not follow up on the execution of the third-party subcontractor's duties. Since the verification is not working, all these companies are missing out on the business from the people who are trying to sign up for accounts - and can't, due to SheerID's incompetence. Compared with comprehensive services like *****, ********************** is total junk.

  I contacted SheerID to reset my *** Sunday Ticket student verification. The issue was eventually resolved, but the representative I spoke with was rude, unhelpful, and did not answer my questions. The process was frustrating, and communication could be much better. While the problem was fixed, the customer service experience was very poor.

  I applied for the advertised ********** free ride/discounted ride program offered here in *************** and was approved July 1, 2025 by SheerID. Lime immediately suspended my account and has used this as a way to extort, discriminate and drain my accounts through fraudulent means. I have sent nearly 40 emails, spent countless hours on the phone to the overseas call centers and to this day I have never been able to access any benefits that were approved. Do not provide any payment details to this company , you will be better off walking.

  These guys are scammers. My wife was contacted for a job position here and was sent $5000 dollars to buy her office equipment. The catch was she had to send this money to a specific "authorized" vendor (we were never told who the vendor was) through ***** pay and *****. After sending the money, we were told the price had gone up and we would need to send $2000 more of our own money. At this point we bailed, having gotten enough suspicious communications with the company that we didn't wish to go forward. The original check for $5000 bounced, and now we are out a significant chunk of cash. DO NOT TRUST this company.

  I had to click a star just to review this business or else I'd have given none. In my opinion, HORRID. Finding out that this 3rd party business uses AI to determine eligibility? UNACCEPTABLE. This is a predatory business being used by ****** (the corporate store chain) to s**** people who are on government assistance out of money they need. ****** won't allow you to purchase items at all unless your total is over $35 plus shipping. So when ****** advertises this program to help people, it's really just a giant data collecting device going to some random server that is processed by AI. This is a huge scam to collect EXTREMELY SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA that can easily be leaked on the dark web.

  Unresponsive for over a week, non-human, AI, and pre-written template replies both via e-mail and social media with SheerID Inc. Insincere and unprofessional -- lack of follow up. Trying to utilize their services to obtain special offers for veterans, etc. seems more like a "black-hole" and your time and efforts is spent better elsewhere. Hopefully, a more respectable company takes their place and programs move away from their system and "services" -- or lack thereof. To make it worse, if you are a veteran outside the ***, good luck, as I think they only do SMS verifications with US/Mexico phone-numbers, which is a part of getting approved for deals and offers, presumably. I'd leave 0 Stars if possible.

  Horrible they've had me send so many different forms of verification of my information I think that they're just stealing it at this point cuz definitely didn't approve me and it was all legit they just want more and more of my personal information

  I should have read these reviews before sending sensitive personal information to SheerID. They rejected my documents for a first responder, saying they appeared altered (they weren't). I sent additional photo and email documentation and was told "they can't do anything". Stay away from this business and do not send them personal documents!!
