    I am writing to formally express my frustration and dissatisfaction with your company's continued failure to remove my personal information from your website, despite my repeated requests.On several occasions, I have filled out your online form requesting the removal of my information. I have also directly contacted both of your provided email addressescustomer-********************************** and ***************************************** for the immediate deletion of my data from your platform. Unfortunately, despite waiting for an extended period of time, my information remains visible, and my requests have been ignored.Furthermore, I have engaged the services of a data broker removal company to assist in removing my information, and even they have been unsuccessful in getting you to comply with my request. This situation is completely unacceptable.I did not give your company permission to collect, retain, or sell any of my personal data, and I have a legal right to have this information removed from your website.     I am writing to file a complaint against Radaris for what I believe to be deceptive and obstructive practices in their personal information removal process.Over the past month, I have submitted Radaris' opt-out form multiple times in an effort to have my personal information removed from their website. Out of several attempts, I only received confirmation emails twice, and both were sent long after the requests were made. When I attempted to use the links provided in those emails, I was met with error messages stating that the verification period had expiredeffectively nullifying the removal requests.This ongoing pattern suggests that Radaris opt-out system is intentionally non-functional or negligently maintained. Ive found numerous similar complaints online, indicating this is not an isolated case.Moreover, submitting the form requires providing an email address, which adds to my concern. Not only did Radaris fail to honor the request, but they also obtained additional personal data (my email address), which may be used or exposed against my wishes. I believe this practice is deceptive and potentially in violation of consumer protection laws.I am deeply concerned that Radaris handling of personal data fosters an environment that facilitates scams or harassment. I hope this complaint will be recorded as a formal step toward holding them accountable. I also plan to explore further legal action if this issue remains unresolved.Also, this process is emotionally unnerving, tediously time consuming (12 hours already between the death spiral of no response or resolution), and simply wrong.
