    I have requested this website to remove my information. It says it will send you a confirmation email but it does not. I have read about multiple people having this occur to them on Reddit which suggests its systemic.I want the following profile removed entirely but the company is non compliant with requests.********************************************************

    I went through the steps on the Radaris website to remove my information from their website. I received an email that stated Your removal request has been approved by the administrator. however, they still publish my name address phone number etc on their website. the profile I would like removed is listed below in the account/order/tracking number field.     Hi, I was trying to remove my information from ************************** that is very harmful to me. I tried to remove using their form but confirmation email never came. I tried to call their customer service but ***** ever responds, tried to contact them via email but they keep on ignoring my requests.     I have sent over several requests to have my information removed from Radaris on their "Remove My Info" under "Service" menu. I receive a tracking ID and when I check it, my request is still being processed. I have put in several requests with the same feedback. I have tried to call (numerous times), have remained on "Hold" for several minutes, listened to Radaris spiel to eventually be told that all of their lines are busy and to try back or leave a message with no guarantee of a follow up. I am at a loss. There are many errors in the information they have listed. I do not even know some of the people they have me associated with. Very deceptive practices. For a company that boast about how great their site is, customer service should be more of a priority. Interested in an immediate resolution.

    I have submitted several requests online via Radaris website to remove all data related to ******* ******* and ******* ******* *******, age 65, who resides in ************, *******. Every submission I made never got a response with a confirmation link to remove, which the company outlines in their process. I only got a generic responses outlining their process for data removal, which I was following. Based on the numerous attempts I made, I am needing support by the BBB to ensure Radaris takes action to remove the data for anyones view. In fact, I would like to opt out on posting any data related to me.

    I attempted to remove my personal information from the site and did not receive an email as the website states.     I have attempted several times to get my information removed from Radaris with no help. The company has a listed telephone number of **************; however, there is always a message that says they are unable to take the call and to leave a message - no one EVER calls me back. There is no option online on the Radaris website for me, ******* ******* to get my information removed - there is nothing I can do to select and remove a profile that includes all of my addresses and an arrest record from nearly ************************************************************************************************ removing my profile as the company website states. I am seeking BBB assistance in this matter as this public information from many years ago can harm my career efforts. I've attached pictures of what I would like the company to remove. Thank you.

    I am writing to formally express my frustration and dissatisfaction with your company's continued failure to remove my personal information from your website, despite my repeated requests.On several occasions, I have filled out your online form requesting the removal of my information.
