    I purchased 2 items from HeyShape on April 12th for $49. The items arrived on April 30th. The items are of poor quality and did not fit. When I tried to return the items on the website, as they claim a satisfaction guarantee and full refund, the automatically generated form calculated a return of $41. When I reached out to customer service several times via email, which is the only option available, there has been no response. I should have googled the company prior to ordering because I have found many complaints online.

    I made a purchased earlier this year either end of January or early February. The items were never received and I filed a dispute through my credit card company. The dispute went to the favor of the business as they claim it was delivered. I see u til this day did. It receive anything and reached out to the business. I have email communications stating from their staff that if u take back the chargeback that they can refund me. I took back the chargeback and still did. It get any refund up to this day. This issue has been ongoing for months. I just want my refund because this company is a fraud and incompetent.

    I've been trying to get my money reimbursed from an order I made. I have returned all items and all communications have ceased! I'm owed ******. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

    I placed an order in early March 2024 for 2 garments. My order number was ******. I was not satisfied with the product and returned them using the return label provided by the merchant. The **** tracking number (**********************) states the package was received on 4/15. I emailed the merchant support email twice asking for my refund of $34.83, and still havent received it. Honestly I think this company is scamming people- they are sending a product but it isnt good so Im guessing people are returning them a lot. I wonder how many refunds they arent issuing and just pocketing the money instead ????

    On Easter weekend, I purchased a promotion of get 5 bodysuits for the price of 2. These were delivered the second week of April. On April 21, I emailed the company asking how to return as they did not fit. It took two days for them to get back to me and I did not have my order number to use the portal online for the return as it stated I needed to. I then wrote back and asked for the order number... It took another two days for them to get back to me and by that time, I was told that the return window closed on April 26. If my request had been looked at and the entire e-mail read on the 21st I would have been able to return these within the return window. As of today, I have sent several emails explaining this with no resolution. There is no customer service number to call so I have to rely on the e-mails. I am happy to send these back as required, however, I cannot get help with this from Hey Shape.Please help!

    I placed an order for 2 shapers. Price was $41 not counting tax, as they were B1G1 Free. I ordered the recommended size, yet they were way too small. I put in for a return, and my return was sent and received by them quickly. I've emailed customer service many times since. At first they seemed eager to help. They requested info, which I sent. More than once, I sent requested information. They haven't responded in several days. This business has no customer service phone number. I am frustrated. I returned the products promptly and just want the amount I'm due. I had to pay for the return, so I'm not even getting a full refund. That's fine. I just want what was promised by the company.

    I ordered from company and returned with in the time for return. I actually returned the day after I received the product. I reached out a few times after it had been returned and was told to provide the tracking number, which I did along with showing them it was delivered to them on 4/9. I received another email from **** which is in the attatched below, saying to let them know when they received it so they could process refund immediatly. I am not sure why she could not look up the tracking when I did include it to show them they received it back. I have yet to hear back and even reached out 2 more times since and still not on word back from them, and they are still not refunding my money. It has been over 2 weeks now. I have never had such a hard time processing or getting a refund for a return. And they are trying to charge me for returning it as well. I ordered like they said to and their 2xl was like me trying to get into a large!!! This company is horrible.

    I placed an order for two items on March 23rd. I received tracking information which went well up until April 10th at which is stopped showing any further movement. *** contacted the company through email several times at which Im only reminded that its in transit and wont respond at all regarding my refund request. A month to NOT receive a product is ridiculous and this company, Im now realize, has a terrible record. I simply want my money back at this point.

    I placed an order for two items from Hey Shape on 3/11/24. I received tracking information on 3/14/24. My package did not arrive until 4/9/24. The items were not the same quality as depicted in advertisements and I went to issue a return. The companys return form then stated that I was outside my 14 day return window which expired on 4/5/24 (4 days before I had even received my order). I have emailed back and forth with customer service to no avail and they are not going to allow me to return my items.

    The items I ordered from this company were incorrect and I have been reaching out for over 2 months to have this corrected and the company is not sending the correct items.
