    This company is a total scam. They never delivered my package, and will not respond to multiple emails. They even forced me to buy shipping insurance!

    Got notice that my order was delivered. Except it was delivered to the wrong address. They dropped the package on the sidewalk in front of a bus stop in front of a business. That has their address clearly posted. I reached out to both parties. Heyshape said too bad talk to your local delivery. It was delivered by uni uni who have yet to respond to emails.

    I received my order and the quality was poor. I followed the process to return and received a return label and confirmation. I shipped the item back and tracked their receipt. I have not received return confirmation or my refund. I have emailed 4 times, sent messages through instragram, ********* each email has been responses back with a description on how to do a return. Clearly they are not reading my email or pretending not to. I sent proof of my return delivery and the return confirmation email and my last email was giving me return options given its beyond the original return time. Im not sure if they are playing dumb or what.

    I ordered 2 shapewear from Heyshape on May 11, 2024, order # ******. I re lived the order on May 28th 2024. I tried one of the shapewear on and the strap broke pulling it over my shoulder. I went to their website to submit a return for my whole order of $41.00. The website kept giving me the message if "A combination of your products has caused both refunding options to be blocked. Try submitting your items separately or contact support using the information at the bottom of your screen." Even when I just tried to return one item. I e-mailed the company on May 29th for assistance with returning my order and tried their chat system. I have still not received an e-mail or any contact from HeyShape. HeyShape does not have a phone number listed for customer service so the only way to contact them is by e-mail and their chat system. I tried submitting my return again through their website on May 30, 2024 and received the same message "A combination of your products has caused both refunding options to be blocked. Try submitting your items separately or contact support using the information at the bottom of your screen." I am filing a complaint to get my return of $41.00 because their costumer service has been unresponsive and website return system does not work.

    After multiple more attempts I was able to get HeyShapes website to submit  my return and give me a return label.

    I placed an order with them on April 9, 2024. I did not like the product and it did not fit. I requested a return on April 26. After several emails my return was accepted on May 3, 2024. I shipped the items back and they were received at their facility on May 7, 2024. I have received no further communication from them, my emails go unanswered or they ask to start the return process. Now I am out money and have no product. This seems to be a recurring theme with this company.

    ORDER #******* ************ is a scam and their website should be closed down, so they dont rip off more people. I purchased the product on May 20th. It's been almost 2 weeks and the tracking information they're giving me has been the same information since the beginning, that it's "processing".

    I ordered 2-for-1 shapewear plus shipping insurance for a grand total of $56.10 on May 6th. On May 12th, I noticed that the destination city was ***** and not where I live in ***********. May 22nd, my tracking was updated to delivered somewhere in *****, to a neighborhood that looks to be in a slum. Since my initial contact on the 12th, I have not heard from this company, and their social media insists they cannot help me, so I am out both the money and the product. Do not order from these people. They are thieves and refused to answer any emails once they have your money. Disappointed is a huge understatement for this single mom.

    transaction was on 5/24/2024 for $52.80. I emailed support at 5:07am, 3 minutes after the order was placed. I requested that the order be cancelled because i read reviews about how the product is made of cheap material, shipped internationally and very hard to return. I then receive an email at 1:42 on 5/25/2024 that my order is on its way.

    Placed an order in May 2024, received a product. It was larger , sent back ( have a tracking number and an email from the company about return). Never received a refund. Sending emails, ******** messages, nothing helps. They dont respond

    They have shady business practices. There is no way to contact a life person. I returned my order to them a week ago and they are not responding to any of my messages. They refuse to confirm my return. Looking at other reviews I see that other customers have experienced the same if not worse. They should be held accountable for their actions. They sell faulty items and ignore inquiries about returns. I want my order refunded and confirmation that it was returned.
